- These projects include New Wood Ricking constructed in existing storage warehouse. Many of these warehouse’s have capacity of 10,000 barrels of product in a 20,000 square feet floor plate.
- The Maker’s Mark 46 Cave Project is LEED Certified project. The Cave is a custom for Maker’s Mark that was constructed into the side of hill to create a cave appearance. The building is divided between the warehouse for barrel storage, the coopering room where the bourbon is barreled and the tasting room in which the bourbon is tasted and tested. The building is used for manufacturing and tourism to market the 46 brand. The building is 12,000 square feet and is constructed of structural concrete wall 33’ in height, fully grouted CMU, structural steel and dry laid stack stone. The interior features include custom mill and casework in the tasting room, barrel storage wood racking, warehouse cooling to a maximum of 55 degrees.
