Valhalla Clubhouse Renovation The Valhalla project is a complete renovation of the interior of the original clubhouse. The project consist of high end custom millwork, lockers, wood trims, new conference room, bar and lounge areas and state of the art indoor golf simulators. The renovation cost is: $2,600,000. Lowered the existing basketball arena floor 15 feet and added retractable seating, thereby increasing seating capacity from 16,500 to 20,000. Constructed 24 luxury suites and reconfigured existing seating and exits. All corridors and restrooms were renovated. Constructed (2) luxury private meeting areas adjacent to the arena.
The Brown Hotel project consisted of restoration of the hotel and its 293 guest rooms and construction of Theatre Square Retail Space and a 5 story, 700 car post-tension concrete with architectural pre-cast and masonry veneer parking garage. Completed: 1985
